In 2012 - The SEB Group commissioned By.O to design and implement its purchasing training academy. That was a first for the SEB Group. The academy has assisted the purchasing function build its maturity and contributed to its attractiveness. Vincent, Etienne, Guillaume, Béatrice and Sam have facilitated many sessions in France, Brazil and China and coached market buyers in constructing their market purchasing strategy.
