Wensli

Since 2012 - By.O and in particular Marc, Marion and Wei have assisted on the development and orientation of a partnership between Wensli (the leading Chinese silk product maker) and Marc Rozier (a top tier French silk and silk scarf specialist), from identifying and qualifying target partners, assessing opportunities, support with set-up (negotiating, due diligence, legal assistance) through to partnership follow-up (defining strategy and the key operating principles).

By.O also made an analysis of the silk sector's structure in France and mapped and met the main French and Italian players that cover the entire silk breeding process (from genetics, through breeding, weaving and printing to the finished silk square).
