At the end of 2015 - The Purchasing Executive Committee team contacted By.O to design a skills development program in order to better contribute to the new strategic challenges of the group. It enables teams to discover, activate advanced levers and share best practices. Beyond procurement expertise, this training has developed a 'leadership' axis to assist the promotion of innovative projects and communication with internal clients. The program was deployed to some thirty senior buyers and managers in 2016 and is expected to be extended to other populations in 2017.
