July 2015 – The general management of La Poste Services-Courrier-Colis commissioned Cymbi.O / By.O to work on the strategic development of its services activities to speed up prospecting and implementation of national partnerships. The contract followed on from 4 years of guidance on developing service culture among the La Poste Group's strategic executives. Catherine along with Marc, Marion and Anaïs worked on the development of this service activity.

Catherine also assisted the La Poste teams in understanding their clients' requirements as part of the drive to develop major account activities: defining the client's value chain, identifying potential services offers, formalizing positioning strategy on added-value.
