April 2017 – The Do-it-Yourself business unit of the Les Mousquetaires retail group (INTERMARCHE, NETTO, BRICOMARCHE, BRICO CASH, ROADY, POIVRE ROUGE), selected By.O to prepare for its acquisition of Bricorama as part of its growth strategy. As a result of this major acquisition in the DIY market, the group has consolidated its position as the leading independent player. Inès, Marc and Matthieu worked together with the senior management and the CEO of the business unit to analyse the business performance and profitability of about one hundred Bricorama points of sale. Our team also devised the communication plan, target organisation and the operational integration plan.
