Fédération Nationale de l’Aviation Marchande

In 2012 - The Fédération Nationale de l’Aviation Marchande (FNAM) sought to examine the feasibility of forming an alliance with the Syndicat des Compagnies Aériennes Autonomes (SCARA). We assisted FNAM in its endeavours and eventually came up with a target organisation scheme and its roll-out plan.
