2013 et 2015 - Daher's purchasing division commissioned By.O to build and implement its purchasing roadmap as part of its 2017 Performance plan. Vincent, Coralie, Etienne, Adélaïde and Claude conducted a comprehensive inventory, then built and rolled out the new target organization, incorporating the purchasing strategies with the teams and setting up a new supplier relationship management (SRM) strategy.
