In 2017 - Charline and Damien gave the Covéa Group Purchasing Division guidance on the design and implementation of an optimised purchasing process for the Group's confidential purchases (primarily merger and acquisition advice purchases).

In 2018 - By.O designed the Purchasing delegation agreement between the Covéa Group Purchasing Division and the Group's mergers and acquisitions department.

Our consultancy continues to support the purchasing function and is drawing up a delegation agreement between the Purchasing Division and the Networks and Partnerships Division.
