In 2010 - AXA called on By.O to implement category management. Marc and Jean-Baptiste carried out a diagnostic analysis of the group's current practices, developed a category management methodology kit to manage all the expenses and rolled out this practice in several ways: training, methodology and facilitating a convention that brought together 200 purchasers from across the world. By.O also promoted category management practices and performed a benchmarking exercise illustrated by eye-witness accounts from a variety of businesses.
