As part of Alcatel Lucent's transformation plan, "Performance", By.O gave support by defining a new collaborative model "moving from the client-supplier relationship mode" to "partnership rationale" –  identifying key suppliers, assessing perception of the relationship, comparison and reconciliation. A pilot study was tested on some ten suppliers then gradually rolled out in more than 30 countries.
